About Nick

Welcome to the online home of Nick Goldsmith, a former Royal Marine Commando, reimagining the way in which we view & develop mental fitness.

From 2007-2018, Nick dedicated his life to serving his country, completing six operational deployments in some of the world's most hostile regions.

Now, as an international speaker, bestselling author, and the co-founder of Hidden Valley Bushcraft, Nick works with and advises key government bodies and charities on delivering optimal programmes to foster a mentally resilient society.

A crucial part of his work is the globally recognised Woodland Warrior Programme, now in its 7th year, which partners with esteemed organisations like Invictus Games, the Veteran’s Foundation, and the Blue Light Card Foundation. The programme supports Armed Forces & Emergency Service Personnel's rehabilitation using nature's healing power.

We invite you to join us on this transformative journey toward a more resilient future.

Using Nature As A Guide To A Happier, Healthier Life

"As Marines, we demonstrated a Commando spirit every day. That same spirit runs through Re-Wild Your Mind - courage, determination, unselfishness and cheerfulness in the face of adversity; always being able to find the silver lining in any situation.  You'll find Nick's deep knowledge and insight in the pages of this book".
